Bodhi + Sol

Bodhi + Sol is a boutique wellness center and day spa in the heart of Downtown DeLand, bringing spa treatments, movement and curated retail together under one roof at 136 S Woodland Blvd. Treatments include therapeutic massage, organic facials, a botanical head spa and acupuncture, alongside the studio's signature Infrared Salt + Crystal Vault — an infrared sauna lined with Himalayan salt and crystal panels. A dedicated studio hosts yoga classes and workshops, and the front shop carries Bodhi + Sol's own custom-blended organic essential oils, hand-poured candles, natural skincare and body products. Whether you are booking a treatment, dropping into a class or picking up a wellness gift, Bodhi + Sol is an easy, restorative stop while exploring Downtown DeLand. Appointments and current class schedules are available through the official website.
